We exist to glorify God by making disciples through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This is true for even the youngest people of Free City. We want to see a strong partnership between parents and Free City KIDS in the discipleship of our children. We want to teach our kids the whole counsel of God’s Word and to communicate themes of the gospel in an age-appropriate way so that every kid will feel loved and valued by God and Free City KIDS volunteers.

Partnering with parents as they cultivate and pastor Christ-centered foundations in their families.

First time? What to expect?

As you enter the building, there are signs and our Greeting Team will help direct you to the Free City KIDS check-in. We suggest that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the worship service so that our coordinators can help you with registration and show you how to complete check-in upon your next visit. Once you register, a KIDS worker will walk your child(ren) to their classroom.

Still have questions? Email our KIDS Director, Maggie.

Christ-centered

Each week, we will have gospel-centered lessons that span the whole counsel of God's Word and communicate the message of the gospel in an age-appropriate way through worship, teaching and activities. We will also provide parents a take-home sheet to encourage further discussion at home and regular Bible verses to memorize. To receive these resources and weekly updates via email, you can sign up for our KIDS newsletter.

Fun for all ages

Free City KIDS is divided into four age groups: 0-2 years/nursery, 2-4 year olds, K-3rd grade and 4th-5th grade. Each class has volunteers who will engage your child on their specific development level. Our hope is that kids will know that they're loved by God, loved by the Free City KIDS leaders and that they will have a blast!

Kids in 4th-5th grade are encouraged to sit with parents in the auditorium for the first half of worship service and will be dismissed to meet their KIDS teacher at the front of the auditorium and exit together to the KIDS area. In place of the sermon, they will have their own age-appropriate Bible Lesson and activities.
