Unraveled: Women's Study

  • McLain's Market 1420 Crescent Road Lawrence, KS, 66044 United States (map)

Creating a community —a place of grace— where women can find healing regardless of their past behaviors, current circumstance, and season of life. This study will help women find freedom from unhealthy sexual experiences, thoughts and behaviors.

Many of us have said it before- “I can’t stop ____” (example: compromising boundaries to feel loved and accepted, sexual daydreaming, pornography, hiding secrets, stuffing feelings, feeling shame, hiding behind social media, etc.) The truth is you can’t stop on your own. Throughout this study, we’ll learn why we do what we do: how all of our past: the good bad and ugly — contribute to the choices we make and interfere with God’s plan for us and our sexuality. We will discover how life long healing comes from a greater understanding of who God is and who he created us to be. Isolation breeds shame, fear and loneliness but community brings life.
