FREE CITY YOUTH

The monthly rhythm for Free City Youth is a weekly Sunday night meeting and a once-a-month fun, crazy, or adventurous event. The events are typically held on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

Free City Youth is a community focused and gospel-oriented Sunday night hangout called Community Nights. Community Nights have dinner and games and then dive into God’s Word. Most gatherings take place at the Williams’ household.

If you have more questions, please email Free City Youth Director, Brandon Williams. To stay in the loop with weekly emails, sign up for the Free City Youth Newsletter.

community nights

Community Nights take place in the homes of Free City Youth leaders. We provide dinner, a fun game, and study the Bible together. Some nights the group splits into guy and girl conversation, high school and middle school, or everyone stays together. Students are given a specific Scripture to read throughout the week to practice the tools they are learning at Community Group. We also encourage parents to read this verse and follow up with your student throughout the week.

NIGHT OF FUN

Once a month, we host a night of fun for the students. The THIRD Friday or Saturday of the month is dedicated solely to fun. Fun nights consist of: Karaoke night, tickets to a Royals game, kickball, etc.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP TRAINING GROUPS (YLTG)

YLTGs are where students of the same age and gender will practice living life in community more intentionally. The leaders introduce and practice repentance, accountability, and hermeneutical tools in a smaller environment. YLTG format is two adult leaders with three to five students of the (around) the same age and gender.
