ABOUT MAGGIE

Maggie grew up in Lawrence and joined Free City with her husband, Kevin, shortly after its launch in 2014. Maggie and Kevin have since had four children, Lydia, Eliza, CJ, and Adrian. Her degrees include bachelor's degrees in Journalism and a master’s degree in Business Administration. After a decade-long chapter in college ministry with Young Life, Maggie joined Free City staff in 2022 as the KIDS & Communications Director before transitioning to her current part-time role in 2025. She loves planning parties/holidays, writing, playing sports, and deep conversations over good food or coffee.

A verse that has shaped her life, whether it’s ministry or raising four young children, is Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord and not for men.”
